This Headliner fits the 1994 - 2004 Ford Mustang Convertible. This Headliner is made with factory style Black foam backed cloth material. You can re-use your existing Headliner if it is in good shape.
This Convertible Top Headliner includes a 3-year (36-month) warranty for the headliner to the original purchaser.
