We offer this replacement Headliner in Original Dark Charcoal BMW foam backed cloth and also in Non-original Black foam backed cloth as a less expensive alternative. Both Headliners are made with factory style Acoustic padding sewn on the Headliner. You can re-use your existing Headliner if it is in good shape.
This Convertible Top Headliner includes a 3-year (36-month) warranty for the headliner to the original purchaser.
