Style-4 Headliner has 2 C clips that snap onto Top frame bars, front & rear pockets to slide in existing metal bars. Car has Power Top Lock. If you have 1997 thru 1999 model car with Power Top Lock, this is the correct Headliner for your car.
We offer this replacement Headliner in original Dark Charcoal BMW foam backed cloth and in Non- Original Black foam backed cloth as a less expensive alternative. Both Headliners are made with factory style plastic retainers. Headliner cover does not include new Plastic Quarter trims nor Twine & Hooks, you can re-use your existing Plastic Quarter trims, Twine & Hooks if they are in good shape or you can buy them separately (listed above).
This Convertible Top Headliner includes a 3-year (36-month) warranty for the headliner to the original purchaser.
